Georgia Leah Moses was only 12 years old when she was murdered and discarded off the side of the highway in Petaluma, California in 1997. Every system designed to protect Georgia failed her and after seeing almost no progress in the case in over 20 years, her sister, Angel Turner, has stepped in to change that.
