20-year-old Najib "jubi" Monsif went missing from Scottsdale, Arizona on September 23rd, 2021. Jubi has autism and functions at about the level of an 8-year-old. His family fears that Jubi may have been led away from his home or possibly been picked up by a stranger as a crime of opportunity.
